Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about an item I bought from you. I bought a skirt in your internet shop on 10 January 2017, the order number is 235769.
First of all, my pack was damaged, it was half-opened. Luckily, the skirt was fine. But I was really surprised because I waited for this item for three weeks. I bought many clothes at your shop and nothing like that has ever happened to me before. The delivery was always really quick.
After opening the pack, I could tell that the skirt I purchased was inthe wrong color. I wanted a black, not apinkone. It was too big, in size 36, I always wear 32 and I bought the skirt in my size. The quality of your products is generally excellent. But after I had washed the skirt, the color was definitely lighter than before. I was really disappointed because the material was poor quality too.

  I am writing to complain about an item I bought from you.
  I order red T-shirt on your auction three weeks ago. I am not satisfaced with it.
   The description you provided said that the T-shirt will be in size large but it is definietly smaller. Also it was red but you send me blue cloth.
  Another problem was with parcel. It had come to me at three days but I was waiting to it for two weeks.
   I am very disappointed and would like a refund. I would like to send the t-shirt back to you because it is not the product from the description and does not meet my expectations. I hope to hear from you soon and have this problem solved as soon as possible.

Dear Madam,
I am writing to complain about an item I bought from you.
Last month I bought a dress on your auction. I am disappointed.
Dress looks completely different than on the picture. The color is very pale. In the description given for high size. The material is  poor quality.
Big problem was with the home delivery. Written that the delivery time is two days. I had to waited three weeks.
Order didn’t fulfil my expectations. I thought that dress looks the same as the photo. It seemed to me that it is shorter. I hope that we will solve this problem.

When irecived the order and tried to power on the phone ,it did not start. I have cantacted to your support but i didn't  recive answer .Phone looks good and it haven't any visual damage but I can't power it on .

I am afraid the suitcas is faulty. The zip not working very well and this is iritating. Sometimes I can not open or closed my bag. I am traveler and efficient suitcase is very important for me.

I am writing to you because I want to tell you abouta thing that I bought from you. 

Aweek ago, on 23 February, I bought aused laptop "acer" in thered color, and I am afraid that it is faulty. 

I wanted to use it, butafter I opened the parcel, but it turned off, I could not do anything, thetouchpad did not work. If this still wasnot enough, the screen was broken and I am sure that this happened, because theparcel was not protected very well. The laptop was in the paper box. It’s ridiculous ! 

I markedthat I wanted home delievery but I had to go to the post office.

I am afraid it does not look very well. It is dirty and destroyed. In this book some pagesaremissing. It is a very big problem, because I cannot read this book. I am disappointed.

I am writing to complain about an item I bought from you. It is a black phone Samsung and I bought it two weeks ago. It was aused model.

I'm afraid this phone is faulty. When I try to switch on the phone, it hangs and shuts down. 

Additionally, the phone wasn't well packed so thescreenisdamaged.The  parcel was comingwithin six days. This is avery bad organization. 

I'd like to have my money back.The phone has been used, so I understand that you can't exchange it for a new one. I hope the problem can be resolved soon.

Dear Mr Smith!      I am writing in connection with problem in the our city.  Many people would like to spend free time riding a bike, but do not have such possibility due to the fact that main streets are very heavy and it is very difficult to enter the road.      What is more, drivers travelling speeds in our city are very high.
