Dear City Council,

I am writing because I noticed a problem that appeared in our city. I thing that in our city it's difficult to move by bicycle. I'm often cycling so I see the need for change. I am sure you will understand this problem.

Often cycling on the sidewalk we create a danger to the pedestrians. On the other hand riding on the road around the car is very dangerous. A lot of residents of our town also fight the traffic jam by move a bike.

We can solve this problem. I appeal to build more bicycle paths in our city.

The benefits of such a step is much. Firstly it encourages activity greater number of inhabitants. This is good for health and wellbeing. Secondly the air in the city will be cleaner. People will be more riding a bicycle than by car. Thirdly there were less traffic jams because bikes will have their own paths. Drivers would be very happy with this solution.

I hope the problem can be resolved soon. I urge you to give this problem your immediate attention. I sincerely trust you will find a solution satisfactory to all in our city.

Dear Mr Smith!      I am writing in connection with problem in the our city.  Many people would like to spend free time riding a bike, but do not have such possibility due to the fact that main streets are very heavy and it is very difficult to enter the road.      What is more, drivers travelling speeds in our city are very high. This poses a threat to other users of the roads, especially  young  children who should never be left alone close to the roads.  Bike paths in our time are a big improvement, because the city is very big and sometimes it is difficult to get to certain places and it takes a lot of time.       Additional bike lanes would allow us to arrive quicker at our destinations  and city centre would not be so congested. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about an item I bought from you. I bought a skirt in your internet shop on 10 January 2017, the order number is 235769. First of all, my pack was damaged, it was half-opened. Luckily, the skirt was fine. But I was really su r prised because I waited for this item for three weeks.
