Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in connection with problems with bicycles paths in our city. This is very important subject because people needs places to riding a bike and takes care of environment. I would like to add my voice about this subject.
Everyone know that environment is in bad condition. We need to do everything to change it. Bike is good solution because this mean of transport is harmless and not cause the pollution of the environment. In my opinion we should build more bicycles paths. Riding a bike is very popular nowadays because people prefer health lifestyle. This is also good option because we can have less road accidents and this is the most important benefit. Yesterday we had a problem – one man was riding a bike and had accident because he had to ridden on road and car put him. Now he is in hospital and need medical care.
More bicycles paths have a lot of benefits for example people will have more move and they have motivation to take care about their health. Also this is good solution for young people – they have a idea to spent free time.

Dear Mr Smith!      I am writing in connection with problem in the our city.  Many people would like to spend free time riding a bike, but do not have such possibility due to the fact that main streets are very heavy and it is very difficult to enter the road.      What is more, drivers travelling speeds in our city are very high. This poses a threat to other users of the roads, especially  young  children who should never be left alone close to the roads.  Bike paths in our time are a big improvement, because the city is very big and sometimes it is difficult to get to certain places and it takes a lot of time.       Additional bike lanes would allow us to arrive quicker at our destinations  and city centre would not be so congested. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about an item I bought from you. I bought a skirt in your internet shop on 10 January 2017, the order number is 235769. First of all, my pack was damaged, it was half-opened. Luckily, the skirt was fine. But I was really su r prised because I waited for this item for three weeks. I bought many clothes at your shop and nothing like that has ever happened to me before. The delivery was always really quick. After opening the pack, I could tell that the skirt I purchased was in the wrong color. I wanted a black, not a pink one . It was too big, in size 36, I always wear 32 and I bought the skirt in my size. The quality of your products is generally excellent.
