Dear Mr Marschall,
I am writing in connection with very important problem in our local community. As I am sure you are aware, that we do not have any cycle paths in our town. This state of affairs makes cycling really difficult. I am writing on behalf of a lot of people who thinks that our city needs cycle paths.
The street are always very crowded, so moving on them by bike is too dangerous. I am sure you have heard about the last night’s accident – a cyclist got hit by a car. This is happening more and more often, people do not want use bicycles anymore. I think that driving on the sidewalks is not the answer.
Surley it is possibile to build cycle paths in our town. I am confident that their existence will reduce accident rate. Our hometown will be definitely more safe and people will be feel better here. Additionally, the air will be clear. Cycle paths will become the incentive to cycling. People will use less cars, so emission of toxic fuels will be lower.
I urge you to give this problem your immediate attention, it is very important. I sincerly trust you will find a solution satisfactory to all.

Dear Mr Smith!      I am writing in connection with problem in the our city.  Many people would like to spend free time riding a bike, but do not have such possibility due to the fact that main streets are very heavy and it is very difficult to enter the road.      What is more, drivers travelling speeds in our city are very high. This poses a threat to other users of the roads, especially  young  children who should never be left alone close to the roads.  Bike paths in our time are a big improvement, because the city is very big and sometimes it is difficult to get to certain places and it takes a lot of time.       Additional bike lanes would allow us to arrive quicker at our destinations  and city centre would not be so congested. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about an item I bought from you. I bought a skirt in your internet shop on 10 January 2017, the order number is 235769. First of all, my pack was damaged, it was half-opened. Luckily, the skirt was fine. But I was really su r prised because I waited for this item for three weeks.
